Fun With Fire: Testing The Snow Peak Torch

Posted by on April 15, 2012

I’d heard so many great things about the Snow Peak Torch that I knew I had to pick one up for myself.  It didn’t take any time to find out that the best deal on the market is from OverlandGourmet.com!

As an Eagle Scout, I pride myself in being able to start a fire in the rain without the use of a lighter.  Part of me feels like using the torch is cheating, but when I fired it up and heard the roar of a fighter jet, all those thoughts of cheating went up in a puff of smoke.

The torch really should be classified as a flame thrower because, as you’ll see in the video, it blows 14,000 BTUs of charcoal starting, marshmallow roasting, blue flame fun!  If you’re ready to plunk down the $40 price of admission to this camp fire starter jump over to OverlandGourmet.com and grab one of these hot deals for yourself! Be sure to tell them you heard about it on The 4×4 Podcast!
